Plans & billing

5 min read

BlueyEmail comes in four plans — Free, Starter, Growth, and Business — so you can start small and grow at your own pace. This guide explains what you pay for, what higher plans unlock, and how to change plans whenever you need to.

How pricing works

With BlueyEmail you pay based on your monthly email send volume — the number of emails you send in a billing cycle. As you move up through the plans, you unlock more room to grow: more contacts, higher send limits, and more of the tools that help you do more with your audience.

  • Free — a no-cost way to try BlueyEmail and send to a small audience.
  • Starter — for growing lists that need more contacts and sends each month.
  • Growth — for teams sending regularly who want the full marketing toolkit.
  • Business — for high-volume senders who need the most headroom and advanced features.

Higher plans also open up more of the platform: forms, automations, landing pages, and AI helpers scale up as you upgrade. To see the current allowances and what each plan includes side by side, head to the pricing page.

Not sure which plan to pick?

Start on Free and watch your usage. When you start bumping into your monthly send or contact limits, that's the natural moment to upgrade — you can do it in a couple of clicks and your data carries over.

What each plan unlocks

Beyond raw send volume, moving up a plan gives you more of the features that make campaigns easier to build and more effective:

  • More contacts — store and email a larger audience.
  • More monthly sends — run more campaigns and automations without hitting a ceiling.
  • Forms — capture new subscribers with signup and popup forms.
  • Automations — send the right message automatically based on what people do.
  • Landing pages — publish pages to collect leads and promote offers.
  • AI helpers — generate subject lines, copy, and more (see AI credits & usage).

Note

Exact limits and the full feature breakdown for each plan live on the pricing page, which always shows the latest figures.

Upgrade, downgrade, or change your plan

You can change plans anytime from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect right away so you get the extra room immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, so you keep everything you're paying for until then.

  1. 1

    Open Settings

Go to Settings → Billing from the dashboard.

  2. 2

    Review your current plan

You'll see the plan you're on, your renewal date, and your usage so far this cycle.

  3. 3

    Choose a new plan

Select Change plan and pick the one that fits. Compare options on the pricing page if you're unsure.

  4. 4

    Confirm

Review the change and confirm. Upgrades apply now; downgrades apply next cycle.

Before you downgrade

If your audience or usage is above the limits of the lower plan, some features may be paused until you're back within range. Check your contact count and monthly sends first so there are no surprises.

Manage payment & invoices

Everything to do with money lives in Settings → Billing. From there you can update your payment method, view your renewal date, and download past invoices for your records.
