AI credits & usage

BlueyEmail includes built-in AI helpers that take the blank-page pressure off your marketing. Each time you generate something with AI, it uses one credit — here's how those credits work and how to keep an eye on them.

What AI credits cover

Your AI credits power all of the AI features across BlueyEmail. Anytime you ask the AI to create or rework something, that's one generation and one credit:

• Subject-line ideas — fresh angles to lift your open rates.
• Email copy — draft body content you can edit and make your own.
• Tone adjustment — rewrite existing copy to be friendlier, shorter, or more formal.
• Landing-page generation — spin up a page layout from a simple prompt.
• Graphic generation — create images to use in your emails and pages.

How many credits you get

Your AI allowance resets every month and scales with your plan — the higher your plan, the more generations you get each cycle. The Free plan includes 25 AI generations per month, which is plenty to explore what the AI can do.

Need more room to create? Moving up a plan raises your monthly AI allowance along with everything else. You can compare plans on the pricing page.

Check your remaining usage

You can see how many AI generations you've used and how many remain for the current cycle in your account. Usage refreshes automatically when your monthly allowance resets.

   Open Settings

   Go to Settings → Billing to view your plan and usage summary.

   Find AI usage

   Look for the AI generations meter to see what you've used this month and what's left.

   Plan ahead

   If you're running low, upgrade for a larger allowance or wait for the monthly reset.

What happens if you run out

Running out of credits won't disrupt your emails or automations — it simply pauses the AI features until your allowance resets at the start of the next month, or until you upgrade to a plan with a larger allowance. Everything else in BlueyEmail keeps working as normal.
